True to her word, the Romulan Star Command has made plans towards establishing its Star Trek: Online Division in August 2008; thus constituting its second foray into the Star Trek Community since the glorious achievements attained in Starfleet Command III.

The Imperial Star Navy represents a rare constant in the dynamic and often predictable politics of the wider Star Trek Community. Always at the forefront of innovation and quality, the Romulan Star Command has embarked on a new journey to harness the talents of its competitive, ambitious, and resourceful membership to achieve gaming excellence within Star Trek: Online.

The Romulan Star Command is a disciplined and efficient organization, one with a proud heritage and numerous time-honored traditions. Our leadership extends back to the origins of Star Trek online gaming in 1997 and focuses this vast experience into continually improving and maintaining the Romulan Star Command as a unique staple of the community. Building upon the successes of three preceeding gaming divisions, the Imperial Star Navy continually emphasises quality over quantity; subsequently, the merits of this policy shine over the coterie of loyal, mature, and talented members.

The Star Trek Online Division is managed by successful gamers from varying genres of games, most conveniently Starfleet Command III, where the Romulan Star Command achieved record GZLeague standings, produced seven Gamespy Wizard Event winners, and engaged in three inter-fleet wars resulting in Imperial Star Navy success. The Romulan Star Command has proven her potency and volition, setting the standard for all future gaming endeavors.
The Imperial Star Navy seeks to enhance the gaming ability of the Romulan Star Command membership, focusing on achieving the highest gaming standards possible within Star Trek Online. Members frequently discuss strategy and tactics in our forum and this communication and comradery is enhanced by our use of teamspeak as an important part of our gaming. Many friendships and bonds have been developed over the years that complement our collective desire to achieve the best results we can.

Our distinguished members each carry with them the responsibility of upholding the reputation of the fleet in all that they do. Our diverse membership is well known through the community as helpful, friendly and mature individuals who always carry themselves with integrity and honour. Be warned however, that members of the Romulan Star Command look out for each other - new and established member alike - and any transgressions against them will be met with unbounded force.

The fleet introduces a stable, mature and professional - yet relaxed - approach to online gaming, allowing the Legacy Division and Imperial Star Navy members to unceasingly pursue the heights of competitive gaming, and the achievement of personal glory that lays within.
